Our second competition of the year was a team event at Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands GC in late May. Unfortunately, numbers were reduced due to unfortunate health issues and consequently the cost of the day increased.

That said, the day was enjoyed by all with the course in very good condition and featuring a convoluted team competition (devised by the Secretary) with no one knowing their teammates till after the round and being won by Graham Tate (OA60), Rick Drakard (OA63), Kevin O’Donoghue (OA59) and the Secretary, Mike Crowston (OA66)!
